Returns Made Easy

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date—no questions asked. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and we’ll do what we can to make it right.

Need more time? We accept returns after 30 days as long as the item is unused and still in its original packaging.

We’re not able to accept returns for items that have been used or opened after 30 days.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns from the lower 48, a flat rate of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you're returning from outside the lower 48, return shipping costs will vary depending on your location.
  • As soon as we receive your return, we’ll process your refund minus the return shipping fee.
  • Most refunds are issued within a week, though it might take a little longer depending on your card issuer.
  • Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  2. Include your order number and a brief note about why you’re returning the item.
  3. Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label.
